I would pull the belt and give the clutch a once over with a green kitchen scrubber. from the outside to the center not in a swirl or side to side. then rinse with contact cleaner or brake cleaner.... something that won't leave a residue.

Take some emery cloth and scuff/sand out the sides of the belt and then scuff up the sheaves of the clutches. You don't need a new belt, you just need the rubber to touch the clutches without the glaze. Use low gear if you are in technical stuff or pulling weight.

Cant tell by that pic. The belt wears on the sides. Not top or bottom like serpentine belts. Take it off, if it has a blue to purple glaze on the sides of it then its toast. I bought a used atv and after changing the belt it is totally back to new.

Also, if you take the belt off check which way it is rotating and put it back on so its rotating the same direction. Don't flip it.

@Battle_Design: Interesting. I am hearing the EXACT same sound as heard in the original post [youtube video]. Both are belt driven I assume? Could be the issue?
