How many of you keep your Sportsman in AWD all of the time? I was thinking of doing this to keep the tire wear more even, but would this be hard on the drive system?

When I put the quad into four wheel drive only three out of the four tires will spin under power the front left is limp as its out of four wheel drive. What would cause this? Any info is appreciated. Thanks for all the help before I got the motor and alignment issues taken care of.
