when i press the throttle and release it will hold an idle really high for 5-10 seconds, also the idle is really low and it will die on me randomly even when its warmed up, i messed with the idle screw but that didnt seem to help, any suggestions??

I have a 2003 polaris predator 500 and it makes a crushing can sound like its grinding or something and when i turn it on it shuts off right away but then when it works ill let it Idle and it kinda putts then shuts off i'm not sure what to do but im sick of putting money into it..

I can turn the handlebars and the tie rods move but the wheels don't move. The handle bars move about an inch either way. What causes this and how can i fix it?? thanks for your help.
