1997 Sportsman 400, sat on blocks for almost 10 years in the barn. I am trying to remove the starter. I have removed the recoil cover, (very clean inside, I was impressed). I managed to take out 3 bolts, cannot get to the upper bolt inside where the skid plate was. Any one have an answer please.
