Some of you followed my thread here of all my issues I started with: http://www.polarisatvforums.com/forums/atv-repair-maintenance/120434-2004-sportsman-600-carb-question.html

Now it fires up instantly and warms up and choke comes off so I can go for test drives. My speedo needle and mileage isn't working but all else is working fine i the cluster so I cleaned the Hall Sensor but no dice so I ordered a new one. My 4WD switch works fine and it goes into 4WD.

I start it up and go for a ride up my rode and it runs well up to about 30 mph and then if at any time I try to go 50% throttle it will choke up and back fire out the exhaust unless I back off or go 100% throttle and the nit kicks in and takes off well. IS this due to the speed sensor being bad or is there a spark/ignition or carb problem that makes it spit fire at 50% throttle only? WOT and part throttle is smooth, maybe another set of plugs but I doubt it?
