Hi everyone my 2004 sportsman 500 primary clutch has cracked from a seized oneway roller clutch failure I cannot afford brand new and finding it difficult finding a used replacement . What other models can I substitute? will a non ebs 500 primary work? I have found a new old stock primary for a 02-600/700/800 they call a wide model I don't know if this refers to the belt width or the rollers in the spider? do any of these substitutes require modifications? thanks I really need help on this one

wide is the roller width. That should bolt right up, but you will need the NON-EBS belt as well if you get a non-EBS clutch and you may have issues with the secondary as well because they are different too. Going to be best and easiest to find an EBS clutch.
