i have a 05 polaris outlaw 90. sometimes its hard to start after it sits for a while. i have to plug the air intake on the snorkel with my finger. it idles a litter rough, i adjusted the carb to get it the best i can. i drained the tank, filter is good, cleaned the carb but still tuff to start some times.

i was thinking of just buying one on on ebay, they are only $25. i believe i have a sunworld h68k carb with manual choke.
the ones on ebay, dont say who makes them. are they any good?
any carbs that might improve performance and are easy to install?

thx

I used to have this issue with my daughter's sportsman 90. I also had to manually choke the carb like you are stating. After numerous times playing with the carb, I finally took it in. It ended up being that the crank case seals were rotten and cracked. Not sure if this is your issue, but something else to look at.
