Depends on tires, inflation psi, weight, terrain, belt, clutches, etc., etc. Lots of factors.
Why are you so worried about RPM?
I hardly ever even look at rpm unless working on setting idle or something.

Had the head gasket done
H and L don’t show on gauge
But N, R and P do
But that’s another issue....

The rpm question....
At 20 mph, flat land, new but normal sized tires I’m around 4600 idk just seemed high to me....

Now I can’t get it to go over 15 mph without bogging down and wanting to shut off

Had the head gasket done? I think you should have the mechanic who worked on it take a look at it - sounds like he missed something?

True actually about to head there right now. I made some videos to show him what it’s doing.

Hey thanks for responding, appreciate that!

Sounds to me like its running in low if its topping out at 15 mph. Put it in high gear and it should run about 55-60 mph before hitting the limiter.
