Snapped the left rear cv joint on my outlaw. It looks like the ball bearing just broke apart and the boot ripped a little. Doesn't look like anything happened to the axle it self but im pulling it apart tomorrow or Saturday. Is this a common problem on the outlaws with the irs?? Thanks Jon

not very common for it too snap at all but it does happen on occasion,,,,

new axle is like $600 last time I looked you can repair them to a point pretty simple stuff, and when I put it together put the new grease in the diff not in the boot around the cv axle

Polaris offers the complete rear assembly from axle end to axle end with all new hub and bearings. Part #1521150. Whole thing is $450. I had one of my center cv's assembled from new with only 5 of 6 ball bearing installed. Middle cv parts not available from Polaris, but did find on Ebay. $100 for new cv and boot, fortunately middle hub was not damaged.
