I cannot get my lights or electric start to work, I am guessing the problem is the left handlebar switch (OEM 4110142 ) I was going to replace it, but all of the new ones I see have pins instead of wiring like my 1993. Has anyone replaced this on an older quad like this? Is there a newer version available or do I have to go Ebay?

You are probably right, but test first - get the junction board accessible and jump from red/wht to wht/red - if the starter motor works that way, then the LH SWITCH is suspect - if not, then a faulty ground is suspect.
