The right front axle was not pulling. I checked the hub oil and filled both sides. Then test drove it and now the 4x4 doesn't work at all. Does the Override button on the handle bars have anything to do with it? If so, how do I reset the switch? Thanks.

The overide button is so you can have 4wd in reverse. Did you put the correct amount of fluid and correct type of fluid in it. You can use type "F" trans fluid or oem polaris hub oil. Other oils may be to thick. The hubs have enough fluid when at about the 2 o'clock position. Check the wires going to each hub and make sure you are getting voltage thru them.
as tt425 said, check both sets of wires going to the hubs to make sure they are getting power. then check the resistance of the coils to make sure there isnt a break/short in the wires. if both of those check out, then it may be time to tear into the hubs.
