I'm new to this forum, so any help is appreciated.
I recently bought and having troubles with my 1995 Polaris Sportsman 4x4.
The ATV starts with no problems, even when its cold. You just "touch" the starter button and fires up right away.
Well, the problem is that the bike doesn't move on Hi or Rev gear. Looks like the Hi or Rev don't engage. The Lo gear works with no problem, BUT when the ATV move it sounds like clicking/grinding inside of the gearbox, like something has broken off and hits the gears.
:hmmm: Do you guys think it may the DOG ENGAGEMENT HI/REV part? If not, what may be the problem? :question:
