I have a 1998 Polaris 425 magnum 4x4 and the brake system had to be redone. My issue is the rear brake line has been discontinued. My question is what is the thread diameter and size that goes into the caliper and also the 4 way split box? I need to try to find a brake line that is universal or meant for another quad that will fit mine. Any help would be appreciated.

I don't have the same year/model so I can't help on specifics, but I took my old brake line to Central Hydraulics where they make hydraulic hoses and they made a perfect match for me. The cost was about half that of the listed price.
