I have a 1998 Polaris Sportsman 500. I was riding it the other day, and I stopped to check a trail cam. I left it running and got off of it. After about 2 min. it died. When i tried to start it nothing would happen. I pulled it back and checked and I have no spark. What do i do.
I have a freind that the same thing happend to and he went though all kinds of parts but in the end it was a loose ignition wire behind the gage panel(dash board). I would pull that panel off and check that first. Maybe wiggle the wires around while you try and start it. if thats not it or there's no unhooked wire's just keep going down the ignition line. Good luck man elec. problems are a pain in the $%#!
Dude check all your fuses and wires.....maybe a fuse blew or a wire came off some wheres...Muddie49
