HELP - I had leak from base gasket. Took off top end and found head gasket was also leaking. Cylinder bore also had lots of corrosion and evidence of water. Before work, started and ran pretty good, just leaking coolant from base gasket (had already replaced mech gasket and seals at water pump which were also leaking)
After honing out cylinder (still within max specs) and putting all back together, with new gaskets, will not start now. Checked fuel to carb, good. Check spark at plug, bright and strong. Checked TDC position at flywheel and camshaft position, both match. Still will not start. Any suggestions?

Checked compression today and was right in middle of spec range. Is it possible to have cam gear 180 degrees off?
