Hello new member here.I have an 2000 scrambler that keeps kicking in the front right drive when the rpms build a little.Needless to say when it does you go right in a hurry.Any one had this issue before?my reverse over ride also does not work. Thanks
I would bet that there is the wrong oil or too much in the front hubs. Causes drag, and at low speed the hub stays unlocked, but as the RPM goes up, the drag becomes enough to cause the hilliard clutch to engage. Really hard on the driveline! Check your oil level, make sure you use Polaris hilliard clutch fluid (or ATF works) but do not use engine oil or gear oil.
