Hello I'm new here and as always when I have a problem I turn to forums for answers. I'm fixing a friends quad and he has a 2000 trail boss 325 and when it's cold it starts pretty easy and I have to hold the choke open and it stays running, as soon as I let go of the choke and what would be a normal warm up time for a properly running quad this one dies out and won't idle. If I hop on it and ride away it runs fine but as soon as I try to come to a stop it dies. The quad has sat for about 2 or 3 years, but right before that it was serviced by a dealer. I'm going to pull the carb and clean the jets, any suggestions after that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for any advice.
