I too would say "It's not a bad deal, but not a great deal"..... but it could be a little better @ $2000-2100. Really depends on your location.... good, clean machines of this vintage (10+ years old) still fetch a "good" price.
After reviewing the picture, I see......
1) A very clean and straight looking machine!!!
Now to get "knit picky", I see......
2) Front tires that are worn over 1/2 tread, so I'd begin question the 433 miles.... sure it's not 433 hours or 4330 miles? Or maybe it just saw a lot of asphalt / tar driving. Rear tires have fare to good tread. (as mentioned)
3) Is the lower bar of the rear bumper bent down (or it's possibly an optical illusion).
4) A nasty @ss looking tow hook for a hitch..... has it done a lot of pulling, pulling out of the mud.... who knows??
Looks like it is deffinately worth going to look at and test ride!!
