With all 4 wheels off of the ground I noticed one front wheel would spin with throttle even with awd off and the othetlr wheel worked normally. Tested the armature plate and it did release after turning the switch off so i figured it was bearings or the clutch however when the bike is off both front wheels freely spin normally. I completely swapped the bearings, clutch, armature plate etc... from the good wheel to the bad and still the same problem. I have no clue what this could be as all of those parts were swapped. Any ideas???

Can you stop the rotation easily - perhaps by hand? It might be frictional rotation and the other wheel actually has a dragging brake keeping it from rotating.
