Has anyone found a cheaper alternative to the OEM CDI for a 2001 Sportsman 90? I read on another post that some had success with a 2003 CDI that is about half the price but still expensive.
I am considering trying a Progress Racing CDI from ebay for about $35 shipped.

The Progress Racing CDI works but it has only 5 wires instead of six. So the electric starts works but the kill switch had to be disconnected and you can't turn it off with switch. I'll prob order OEM soon to get all that sorted unless I decide to wire up manual kill switch.
