Hey guys just bought a little 90 for my cousin been away from the 2strokes for awhile. What oil do you guys recommend for these engines and what oil to gas ratio? The oiler was unhooked before I got it which I would have done anyways. Thanks guys in advance.

I would hook the oiler back up and not worry about mixing gas.

Since you don't want to use the oil injection I used yamalube R in every 2 stroke I ever owned. It just didn't seem to gum things up and it was priced pretty good also. It seems 32 to 1 is the ratio is what I mixed it at. if I remember that was 1 bottle of oil to 4 gallons of fuel. In the little 90 that would go a long way.

I always ran 32 to 1 when I raced motocross but that was a long time ago lol! The guy that I got it from was running amsoil dominator synthetic 2 cycle racing oil. I'm not familiar with it but he was running it 50 to 1 which sounded lean to me. Kinda reminded me of klotz had that smell to it.
