Had the bike just over a year now.
Never really needed the turf mode (one wheel peel)
But curious if anyone else has issues with this option not functioning on either an ATP or X2.

Pretty sure its just the solenoid not activating.

But would be nice to be able to really throw a good roost to get even with a buddy...

Are you sure its not working? The ability to "throw a roost" is not really a test.

Turf mode is not one-wheel drive. It is two-wheel drive with the ability of the wheels to turn at different speeds - as when turning. Both wheel are always powered the same.

I have had an ATP 2004 for 10 years now and use it every day surveying. Wiggle the switch back and forth. If it gets a little moisture in it it will not engage.

To test if turf mode is working drive the atv in a very sharp turn and see if the inside tire is turning faster than it should be. When doing this on gravel you can see that the inside tire tears up the surface since it is turning faster than it wants to.
