Looking for a service manual for my 4 wheeler. Took it in because the 4 wheel unit wasn't engaging. payed a professional to diagnose and was told the unit was getting 12 volts and the differential was bad , couldn't rebuild and wanted 1400 dollars to replace. Bought a used unit for 400 and started to work on and found out its not getting any juice to the unit. kinda upset!!! my friend whos a mechanic said with a wiring diagram we could trouble shoot if its the switch or a fuse broken wire ect. Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

New to the polaris magnum 330 and was not prepaired for a bad crankshaft replacement. Lol
I searched everywhere and see Latebird is the person to go to about service manuals. Normaly I can find them online or just wing it but I have this 2003 Magnum 330 2x4 pulled the engine out and disasembled for some crank work. Yep another spun bearing on the 330 engine. Other than that this bike is mint. I ran into the dreaded crankshaft nut and needed the proper tool to get it off that I found on e-bay. Why didnt they just use a normal hex nut?!? Anyways...I am looking for the service manual to get the proper specs to check the crank, connecting rod and get torque specs for reassembly.

Just a little info about me. I find older atvs that have been sitting and bring them back to life so people can enjoy them. Most times a good running older model will fill the need when people in my area can't afford new ones. This is my first dive into a Polaris atv to this extent, not crazy about the clam shell type big end bearings on the Magnum engines. I have zero issues trouble shooting but after digging into the engine I knew I needed some help and using the ugga-dugga tightening method was not going to cut it. Lol Yes I have the proper tools and use manufature specs, just couldnt find them this time.

Nope - there was no 03 350 Magnum - what is the VIN and I'll ID the vehicle
There were three Magnums in 03 - 330 2x4, 330 4x4 and a 500
