Hello everyone... New to the forum, but have had this ATV since it was new.

The bike sat for a couple years and fell victim to the ethanol in the gas. The throttle valve and shaft were completely locked up and nothing would free them. I bought a replacement carb for it and installed it along with new plugs, new fluids, and plenty of other things.

Here's my issue...

It starts fine with a little choke... but will not stay idling with the choke off,.. no matter how high I turn the idle screw. Any thoughts?

Thanks for the welcome Bruce.

Trump:
Replaced the fuel lines at the same time. Even had to replace the fuel filter/outlet and grommet on the tank because the fuel had eaten through the seal between the fitting and the screen. Brand new carb, so not much to do there I thought.

Has anyone else had issues with a new carb being way out of adjustment?
