I have a 2005 magnum 4x4 and I am having issues with my carb. It will idle fine but when I throttle it it dumps fuel to the carb from the main jet. We have took the carb apart and cleaned it but it seems like there should be some kind of needle to allow it to mist the fuel instead of dumping it in. The Polaris diagrams of the carb doesn't really show the main jet assy. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance

Im all about trying to fix stuff first but when it comes to these types of CV carbs, Im a firm believer in rip and replace. These things are so damn finicky. And the time youll spend pulling it and reinstalling just to have to pull it again if something isnt right, is a big waste of time. I just changed the one on my 04 Magnum. Found an OEM Mikuni BST34 on ebay for $125. I can tell you that its the same one thats on the Magnum 330. Its even jetted correctly. The link is below.
