So I recently purchased a 2005 Polaris Magnum 330 4x4 and took it out that same day with no issues. It was rode hard for the weekend and when returned, and serviced I began to notice a lot of issues. Main thing I cannot seem to figure out is the 4 wheel drive engagement. At first glance when button was switched on, same thing as 2x4 happened, only back two tires spun. So I drained all fluid, did a small flush and put new in. Then when put in gear and throttled, back two and front left were spinning. I put the bike in reverse and all 4 were spinning. Then back into gear and all 4 were spinning forward. this would happen with the 4 wheel drive button both on and off. Now were back to only the back two tires spinning all the time. ??????? What could be causing all this craziness?? lol Didnt think it was electrical bc voltage was normal at first, now it is being a bit spotty, sometimes registering and sometimes not... Any help would be greatly appreciated..
