follow the throttle cable down until you get to a thicker part of the cable that has a rubber cover over it. peal the rubber cover back and you will see basically a treaded stud with a nut and a lock nut. loosen the lock nut and then tighten the nut until there is about 1/16" tp 1/8" of throttle freeplay. once that is set, tighten the lock nut against the first nut.
