Hey guys,

I went through 2 harmonic balancer pullers and broke both trying to remove my flywheel to get to stator.

I have been tried using impact gun on puller tools, wd-40, rubber mallet, all to no avail.

What do you guys suggest I do to remove flywheel? I dont want to break anything on my motor. So far I have folded bolt threads on one harmonic balancer kit, and the next one I tried the heads of the bolts broke off 2 of the 3...

I cannot buy metric high grade bolts at my towns auto parts stores...

Get a better puller and put a little heat to the flywheel right at the crank. Then when it's tight hit the end of the puller with the hammer. May have to leave it tight for a while and be patient with it.
