My ATV runs great on flat ground or even pulling. Go uphill, especially on the steep side and it acts like it isn't getting enough fuel and cuts out. Replaced plug, plug wire and ecm. Also rebuilt carb. Help

OK, say that is the problem, is there a carb upgrade that can be done. If so does it help the performance of machine.

going uphill, rpm's severely drop, almost like out of fuel. If I stop I can regain rpm's but loose them even faster.

I have an '04 400 that does the same thing, I read something somewhere on the internet about it before I experienced it and now I can't find it. I just remember it was something about jetting the carb. If anyone has heard of this please let me know because now it is doing the same thing on level ground, it acts just like going in reverse without the reverse override on.
