I have a 2006 Polaris Sportsman 450, it has a ticking sound that only occurs in the right rear tire, as well as it only makes that noise when it turns to the right, it sounds ike a bearing to me. Could it be anything else or would you start there?

I am having the same problem with my 2003 400 Sportsman. I have checked the wheel side CV joint and it seems to be ok. Let me know what you find out on yours and I will do the same.

Sounds like cv joint. You would have to mic the wear to tell for sure the eye cant see the wear. A ticking is 9 out 10 times the axel.
