I have had to replace the rubber drive belt now three times. Seems excessive to me. Anyone else have this problem or a suggestion. Thanks.

The late 06 early 07 built rangers did have a bad front motor mount. It is located right by the oil filter. You can pry up on the motor to see if the mount is broken. The drive belt is a replacement part and if you get a 100 plus hours on one that is not to bad. Yes this can be made better we have a clutch kit that consists of a roller secondary clutch that will grip the belt better and run cooler then the stock one. With this kit you will be able to drive your machine in high 99% of the time. If you have any questions you can email me at [email protected] or call 651-340-1129.
