Take the quick connect fitting loose at the tank and clamp a hose for your gauge on the pump outlet. Then turn on the key.
If you want to check while running you'll need to fashion a T fitting to add the gauge on.
Should have 38-42 psi IIRC.

I forgot to mention that with my shade tree method you'll need to bleed the air off the line to get an accurate reading and cycle the key 3 or 4 times. If the pump is bad it's usually pretty obvious.
