Hey all! I have a 2010 Sportsman 850XP non EPS. I have had a reoccurring shuddering from the front end on takeoff and then smooths out after I build up some speed. After pulling the front prop shaft the shudder is still there. By grabbing the input/ spline shaft off of the front differential, I could barely turn it over. (With the front end on jack stands.) Assuming the problem was infact the front diff I tore it out and ripped it apart. With barely being able to spin the diff I figured there would be all sorts of bearing shrapnel everywhere. Well... not the case. There is no obvious damage to any of the components, but when everything is back together it again ratchets and barely spins at the input shaft. Any ideas on what I should be looking for or how to rebuild a front differential? Thanks!

I don't think the ADC is the culprit because it doesn't slow down rapidly like it would if engaged.
