2012 Polaris Sportsman 850 EPS

Good Morning,
I purchased a used 2012 Polaris Sportsman 850 EPS roughly 5 months ago that had 600 miles on the machine. There was only one oil change done on the ATV since the original owner had it and I can tell it is starting to run a little rough as I have put on another 200 miles on it since I have owned it. I am looking to change the oil and have a question on oil filters.

I live in Minnesota, is there a local place like Fleet Farm/Auto Zone/Walmart that would sell the correct oil filter? If not, where would be the best place to order the filter from online?

Also, my EPS light came on last week and the EPS stopped working completely, has anyone else had this happen? I was going to look at the power steering fluid to make sure that is filled.

I am a first ATV owner, any constructive suggestions with care and maintenance on this model is really appreciated!

I really appreciate everyone's suggestions and information, as a first-time owner, I want to make sure this puppy lasts and is running top notch. As for the battery, I have heard switching from an 18ah battery to a 30ah battery can make a significant improvement in peformance, thoughts? Thinking about it now, I installed a 30 inch light bar prior to winter and since then I have had some of these small issues arise, think that is still drawing power even if the light bar is off?

One more question, when I shut my machine off, after about 3 seconds it makes about 5 or 6 clicks from the front end. Is that normal? The guy I bought it from said that it has always done that but I am wondering if that is the timing gear slippage Flyinghigh was talking about.

The machine is very powerful, I just want to make sure it is running at optimal performance.

Two questions:

I don't go through mud with this machine, it stays fairly dry besides this time of year when I plow. Should I be greasing it every 4 rides? If so, do you know where the grease certs are or have any place I can find that info?
When you talk about low gear, is that referring to being in L vs. H? When I am plowing, I usually do it in H and when I am just cruising I am in L. Does that sound right?

Good Morning,

Last night I changed the oil and both front and rear differential fluids, it was much easier than I anticipated it would be!

As for the EPS.... I took the 30 amp fuse out, cleaned it with a wire brush and put some dielectric grease on it along with doing the same to the relay under the plastic. I am still not getting the EPS light to turn off and it is still not working on the machine. You had mentioned that I can replace the whole EPS relay with a stronger one, do you have a part number or link to where I can find that?
