Where can I get a wiring diagram for the fuel pump. In need of serious help. Thanks in advance

Thank you very much however i am in need of the complete wiring diagram for the fuel pump. I am not getting power to the relay. The relays and the fuses are good so i have a wiring problem some where.

So I take it you have a 500 EFI and not a carbureted model?

That is correct. its a 500 efi 4x4 non crew. Ive got power on 3 out of 4 legs of the fuel pump relay. Something is not energizing that particular circuit. If i apply 12v to that circuit manually the fuel pump comes on. Not sure what it is controlled by. It was running great. I shut it off then it wouldnt re start.

I'm not sure what you are doing, but with the relay out, there should only be power on 2 pins of the fuel pump relay. Pins A6 and B6

When the relay closes power on pin A6 is connected to pin B7 which energizes the fuel pump.
There is also 12v on pin B6 - when the ECU connects pin A7 to ground, then the relay closes.

If the relay is not activating and there is 12 vo on pins A6 and B6, then the ECU is at fault.

I have 12v on pins A6 A7 and B6. Nothing on pin B7. Is the edu at fault by powering pin A7 instead of applying ground?

If you jumper A6 to B7 the fuel pump should run - if the relay is not being turned on by the ECU, then the ECU is faulty, needs reprogrammed or there is a faulty connection somewhere.

Take it to a dealer to find out and get it fixed.

Thank you for your help. The ECM is powering A7 instead of grounding. Going to have to call the dealer and set my wallet on fire.
