Both machines, which are carb... have a fuse labeled EFI... WTF is this for? Figured I ask before I start randomly pulling fuses while its running.

Well that could be the case, but it has a fuse in it. Manufactures usually don't waste a fuse on something that's not on the machine. But I'm not sure that's just from past expirience.

Which one is labeled EFI? From what I can tell, they are 5 amp, 15 amp, then two 20 amp fuses.

5 Amp looks to be for the speedo.
15 Amp goes to lights
20 Amp ignition switch
20 Amp for 12 volt accessory outlet and the 2 accessory wires.

Second one, 15a is the one labeled EFI. My machines have the following:
Speedo- 5a or 6a
EFI- 15a
Main- 20a
Acc- 20a

And it's exactly the same on both machines

So does it sound like the one labeled EFI is actually lights? That would make sense as 15a would be about right for the combined wattage draw of all lights
