My secondary clutch separated during a ride. At first I thought it was my drive belt. Took the cover off and the sheve came off with it. Contacted a dealership in turn contacted Polaris, they are not aware of any issues. Surprised

You're not the only one.

I started a thread on this about 5 years ago. A few others have chimed in and said that's happened to them to.

We were on a big group ride at HMT. We were coming down a long hill and the secondary on my buddy's 570 came apart.

Towed him back to our place. Took it apart. The threads were kind of jacked. Found a local machine shop. They fixed it up. Hasn't come apart since.

Yeah I was able to turn sheve back on, little damage on a couple threads. Used lock- tire to secure. Funny story the group I was running with a guy with a 2016 the exact same day his sheve unscrewed.
