From the service manual -
TROUBLESHOOTING
Starter Motor Does Not Run
• Battery discharged
• Loose or faulty battery cables or corroded connections
(see Voltage Drop Tests)
• Related wiring loose, disconnected, or corroded
• Poor ground connections at battery cable, starter
motor or starter solenoid (see Voltage Drop Tests)
• Faulty key switch or Off/Run Switch
• Faulty transmission switch
• Faulty Start Diode(s). Use a digital multi-meter to test
diode operation. Locate the diode(s) in the main
harness under the hi-temp conduit and measure
between the diode connections. Continuity should flow
one direction only.
• Faulty starter solenoid or starter motor
• Engine problem - seized or binding (can engine be
rotated easily)

Where the starter relay is , you should have 12 volts + on #42 ,red/white wire , this is batt. power to starter relay , fed from battery , hot all the time .

When you turn key to crank position , the starter relay energizes and power goes out on #45 , white/red wire to starter solenoid .

It's so common that the battery cable needs cleaning from time to time.
Not long ago my Sportsman XP1000 and my Kodiak 700 EPS was giving problems starting and cleaning the cables did the trick.
Now I'm going to Lithium battery I shouldn't have any problems with cleaning the cables.

First off , you need 12 volts + on #42.
#42 goes to the battery , it has a fusible link in the wire close to the battery
Yea I am not getting any volts

I am only get 11 volts on pin #42 and at the red white wire on the starter, has a brand new battery already been load tested since purchasing new, and cables was cleaned on install
