Would anything I did during the light installation have caused the ECU to fault or what causes them to fault?

1. Did you disconnect the negative side of the battery when you did the install?
2. You say you used the factory relay. Was it 2883486?
3. you said it was finger tight. Was that the spade connectors or the connectors that go to the screw down block with the three connectors (one is ground, one is battery, one is swtichted power)
4. Did the light bar come with the factory connector (gray and orange)

I have the same setup on my 2017 Big Boss with the factory relay and handwarmers. If the ECU got some voltage feedback it can cause all sorts of mayhem.

1. No I didn't unhook the battery like I obviously should have.
2. It was relay 2882320.
3. I only had the red and ground finger tight on the power bar.
4. No, the light bar was a bar I bought that had a red and ground wire that I added a TOMALL Deutsch DT DTP 2 pin Female Socket Adapter to and plugged into the Polaris relay.

thanks for the time to inquire.
