My 2019 Polaris sportsman 450 has been knocking at slow speeds almost sounds like it’s either coming from the diff or right in front of the diff raised rear end up and when I move the tires forward and backward on either side I hear the knocking either somewhere in the diff or somewhere in front of it

It would help to know how many miles/hours are on it....and a video of the noise is most helpful. If it’s a noise it didn’t have before and your gut is telling it’s wrong, than it likely is. Being a ‘19, and without any video of the noise, I’d recommend checking all bolts/fasteners on driveline parts. Check the axles, put your ear up to the Transmission and rear gear case, see if you can pinpoint location of the noise.....check the U Joints also.

I agree Mr Ed. My buddy bought a 20 570 and a 20 450 and the 450 is a lot more polaris clunk and knock than the 570. Trans backlash clutch noise and the rear sway bar all make noise on his. Still has less than 100 hours on it.
