I want to upgrade without having to add spacers and clutch kit. So what wheels size/ offset and tires can I run?

I found some take off rims on marketplace that were 12x6 (4+2) front and 12x8 (6+2) rear and thought they might work but was really worried about the rear being 12x8 with 6+2 offset. Seems like it was way to deep

So even it I go up in size say 25" to 26 or 27 even if it still the same width I will need to get different wheels with 4+3 offset?

I have looked at the itp ss212 with 27x9 x12 front and 27x11x12 rear. I don't know what about the clutch kit option and am very new the ATV. Any help would be appreciated

I have 30x9x14 gorillas on no spacers and they don’t rub even before the 2 inch lift
Ok we need pics of that! What year 450? Must be 4+3 wheels right? I installed 26” HTR Bearclaws on my 570(same platform as 450 HO) and even with a 3/8 wheel spacer I only had about 1/16” from tire to tie rod. So I put 4+3 Delta Steel wheels on and even with that only 3/16” space.

Obviously those pictures don’t show as you claim your tie rods being 1 1/2” away from your tires! My guess is you don’t know what tie rods are.

The “x” is on the tie rod. That small space between tie rod and tire on a 450 HO is not 1 1/2”.

Just a quick follow-up. I put the wheels on that are a Polaris factor wheel that measured and is marked 12x6. Doesn't run the tie rod without the tire mounted. So there should be no issues correct? Also the rear wheels are factory polaris 12x8 that I bolted with tires not on but there was no clearance issues. So I should be ok?? The reason I ask especially about the rear wheel is because it is so deep on the back side.
