Wheeler Was running great untill i parked it for a few weeks, it's turns over but just won't start, eventually threw me codes 19-84 and 19-190 which both relate to speed sensors and the fuel pump relay started to click whenever the key was on. Decided to ohm out the fuel pump first and it was good, also tested it for power which it didn't seem to be getting but then again with those connectors being so small maybe my meter leads didn't reach. So then I went ahead and tried starting it with starter fluid and it ran great. I suppose my question is could the ecu not send out power to the fuel pump but power everything else or is my fuel pump bad and those other error codes about the sensors just fluke? Bike has less than 350 miles, love polaris but hard love a machine that won't run

Polaris fuel pumps are noted for being poor quaility. That would be my first guess also. Why it threw codes is beond me. Failing fuel pump does not usually throw codes. Testing pump with OHM meter probably only tells you it has continuity. Check you pressure, 58psi. Lower than 56 = no run. Your fuel pump only gets power for a short time when you first turn on the key. Maybe 10 seconds and then cuts the power if no start.

I am betting you just have a bad fuel pump.

Replace with Quantum.

You can borrow a fuel pump tester gauge at any auto parts store for a deposit.

First, make sure the battery is topped up and in good condition as suggested above.
While you're at it, double check grounds.
The codes you pulled are speed related, but that wouldn't keep it from starting. Could be the speed sensor, speed sensor wiring, LH control assembly, or the ignition switch. Could also possibly be an ECU problem but that would be rarer. Again, a speed sensor problem alone won't keep it from starting.
When you "parked it for a few weeks" was it where mice could get to it? Was it wet? Had you been in the mud? Pressure washed before parking it?
As for the first question about mice... Fall is coming. Rodents will be looking for a cozy place to shack up for the winter. They just love to shave the insulation off wires to add some color to their winter pad lol.

If you can't track it down, you may have to take it in for a Digital Wrench diagnoses and maybe an ECU flash.

Let us know what you find.

Put in the new fuel pump and still no start, time to start looking for chewed wires I guess, i did pressure wash it before i parked it as well.
