New to Polaris forums and just found out from Polaris Police (RZR_JOE) that I must be on the correct forum to post about my new broken Sportsman. May want to read quickly as Polaris Police might take this down!
Just picked my new Polaris 2022 450 PES Sportsman being told not to drive it until Polaris can design a fix for a problem that apparently was pushed out a long time ago. As an engineer, I find it very odd that Polaris engineers cannot fix the problem with more urgency for better customer relations.
The service manager added that the dealership has over 200 snowmobiles with stop rides also along with a host of other Polaris vehicles with stop rides. Polaris has most diffidently dropped the ball on their customers!
Does anyone know our rights on ownership continuation? I do not have any desire to continue to pay for or fund a toy that I cannot enjoy for very much longer. Michigan, I believe has a lemon law – this is an avoidable problem that Polaris should fix now.
