I have an 800 touring - 08 -- stock front being 25x8. The dealer keeps insisting that mudweisers 26x10 for the front will work without rubbing on the strut, but personally I don't see how. The 26x12 rear I wouldn't think would be a problem being only 1/2" wider per side. Anyone running a 10" wide tire on stock rims without problems?

yep, wheelspacers are the solution, and i think you will like the bigger footprint up front if you are not too concerned with width
