Hey folks..
Starting to get my upgrades together for spring..
Im looking at getting 27 reptiles and rims for my 2013 500 ho.
Just wanting to make sure im doing the right things..
Do you think those are to big for my bike, Was going to go with 26's but from what I have read they run small , so thought 27's mite be the better choice..
Ive already inquire about a clutch kit which will be added as well.
Is there anything else I should consider before pulling the trigger on them?

Thanks for your time

I run 26's on my 1999 sportsman 500 without a clutch or lift kit and I think the 26s will be more than enough but if you have already purchased the clutch kit and have your heart set on the extra inch of ground clearance get the 27s also something to consider about the reptiles is I find they are an amazing tire and will be buying the exact same ones when I get my new 570 in spring and they wear very slowly and evenly since they are radial and work awesome in anything but snow, I actually found the stock tires to be better in snow. The reptiles are quite heavy and since they aren't bias ply they don't do the best in winter.

Nice to see a thread where the OP is smart enough to order a clutch kit from the beginning instead of the "good enough" attitude!
