Hi Robbie, check out our Sure 4 4x4 override kit. This kit cuts out all electronic components and throws power directly to your front diff. The Polaris ATV AWD system can have many electrical issues that stop your AWD from working. From a bad or corroded AWD switch, bad or loose electrical connections, not enough power to the front differential, bad speed sensor, faulty ECU, and the list goes on. Our kit bypasses everything to make sure your AWD is working! Check it out here: Polaris Sure 4 Sportsman 4x4 Override Conversion Kit

sorry, machine is a 2019 sportsman 570
I would suggest you look for a poor connection between wiring connector and the throttle housing. You might test it by unplugging the connector and short the brown and grey wire together (bypasses the internal switch) - if AWD is solid (reliable), then repair the connector or replace the switch.
