Or does anyone have the part number for a complete non ebs clutch? I found some on ebay but they are not a polaris brand clutch has anyone tried one of those?

The clutches all come specific part numbers based on the machine. It's hard to figure out which one you need sometimes. What year is your machine and I can get you a price on rebuilding it. Should be less than 2/3 the cost of a new one with a 2 way bearing installed to eliminate the EBS. All depends on the cost of the rebuild kit as there are a bunch of different versions out there. Most expensive rebuild kit is about $160, plus a bearing at $65ish, and $60 labor plus shipping. Some kits are as cheap as $60.

PN 1322682 is the complete primary from a 13 500 Non-EBS and will bolt right on. You will need to buy new spring and weights or swap yours over is still in good condition. But best to replace them.

Thank you its an 05 500 h.o. if you could get me price on a rebuild that would be great.
I priced that part number at $500. Could i not use that clutch with a white polaris primary spring and just figure what wieghts i would need at 0-3000m elevation?

You should be able to use your current spring and weights for the non ebs clutch if you decide to buy one ,but just change the EBS bearing, much cheaper. Check "cyclepartswarehouse dot com for OEM Polaris parts much cheaper than the dealership.

Looks like $170 for the complete kit. If it doesn't need bushings that will cut it down a lot. Then you would only be looking at $90. Plus bearing and time and shipping. So total would run $220ish or 300ish plus about $15 each way for shipping.
