Man I sure hate to beat a dead horse, but my 2015 570 came home after a first service at 450 miles running like crap. After it heats up it starts backfiring and making all kinds of strange sounds. Smells like raw fuel too.
PO PO Dealer says they can't figure it out because it won't show a code. I literally rode it 3 miles after the 1st service after driving 300 miles to go on a trip when it started. They have had it for 2 weeks now. Thinking I better go get it and preform the PO PO exorcism and put a Can Am in the garage. This is my 11th Polaris since 95 and hate to change, but this one has me baffled.

If it is still under warranty take it to another dealer. Just because it doesn't throw a code doesn't mean the problem cannot be found. Try a plug change just in case the white part on the plug is cracked and acts up when it gets hot. Sounds like something electrical is trying to break down when it heats up.

Changed plug and still no good. Unfortunately I didn't buy the extended warranty. Sounds like electrical to me too Ronnie but who knows. Picking it up Saturday and bring it back here to Michigan to try another dealer. Bought it in Indiana because they were the closest and bought the last 3 machines there. Will keep you posted. Thanks.

Maybe ecu needs reflagged? Wasn't there a tech bulletin for that issue on the 14's?

Don't recall CAP. This is a 15 but probably the same. Just strange it does it when it gets hot. My 850 did kinda the same thing but the fan relay was bad. This one, the fan runs just fine.

Now the dealer says it has a bad wiring harness. WTH? Out of warranty by 2 months, 480 miles on the machine. Sorry we can put a harness on it for $500.00 plus labor. Oh boy did I ever get a POS

Haveing the same issue with a 2000 starts sputtering after it warns up. Pol put 2 throttle bodies. New fuel pump. Battery. Several spark plugs, also swaped out ecu. Problem has progressed it use to do it really bad off the throttle but now that doesn't seem Tobe as bad. The only thing that's Hasn't been thrown at it is a harness.?? Frustrated, thinking of pulling head off??

I am having same issue. When it gets hot it stalled. Narrowed down to heat sensor but unsure what to replace next. Any thoughts
