Hi Iam working on a 2002 Polaris 700 Twin it has sputtering problems so I cleaned out carb put on a foam air filter and a bigger better gas filter. Well it rides golod for short distances then will sputter super bad then run good but sputtering is happening evrytime you hit gas. I see alot of gas inside carb when give gas . Anyone know what I should try? Also how many turns does the fuel regulator screw need be out? Its up under front fender where gas lines run into. Thanks

Did you remove the air box cover? They won't run right without the air filter and cover installed without rejetting and some tuning.

Check the boot between carb and cylinder head. I'll bet its cracked.
