From the responses and views, it appears, out of 150 viewers, no one has heard of anyone having to replace the front diff output hubs on a sportsman due to the splines wearing out. Is it at all possible that I have enough voltage through the amature to fully extend the rollers on the left side of the diff but not the right ?

I've been into a lot of front diffs, and never seen a set of worn out splines on the output hubs. If only one side is engaging you have bigger issues to look into than the voltage.

Both sides engage as they should but he right side click and slips under torgue. As I staed before all works well on wet grass or slick mud, only slips when under harder stress / traction. What "bigger issues" would you be thinking? Thanks
